There is a reserved disabled car-parking space in the library car-park, which is immediately adjacent to the bandstand. Local pubs have disabled toilets. |
The march and contest are set in the heart of Lees so there is always a good turnout from the local residents to cheer the bands along.
Lees is on the direct route from Oldham to Grotton / Lydgate / Greenfield and Uppermill.
